What we hold, and what we do not

What this covers

This page is about the Raxxla assistant — the Telegram bot that writes your team's work into your own Notion. It says what we hold, why, for how long, and how you end it. It does not cover the rest of this website, which holds nothing about you beyond what your browser sends any site.

What we hold

• The messages your team sends the assistant, and the replies it sends back.
• A record of what it did and why — which task it created, whom it asked, what it decided.
• Two keys: your Telegram bot's token, and the access Notion gives us to the one page you chose. Both are encrypted, and the key that opens them is not kept in the same place as they are.

What we do not hold

Your work itself. It lives in your Notion workspace, on your account, and it stays there. The assistant reads and writes the page you picked, on your behalf — it does not copy your workspace to us, and it cannot see anything outside the page you ticked.

Where it is kept, and for how long

On our own servers in Latvia, in the European Union. Not on a third party's cloud.

• Conversation history — 180 days. The assistant reads it, so that it knows what you told it last week.
• Everything else — 30 days. Nothing here is read past a window measured in days; it exists so that a fault can be explained.

Deletion is automatic and runs on a schedule. It is not a promise to clean up later.

Who else sees it

• Anthropic — your messages are sent to Claude so that it can write the reply. They are not used to train models.
• Telegram — the messages travel through it, as they do for any Telegram bot.
• Notion — where your work is written, because it is your workspace.

Nobody else. We do not sell anything to anyone, we do not run advertising, and we do not share one client's material with another — each client's data is separated at the database itself, not by our care in remembering to filter it.

What you can do, at any time

• Cut off Notion — in Notion's own settings, two clicks, without asking us.
• Delete the bot in BotFather. The assistant stops immediately and for good; the bot is yours, not ours.
• Ask for a copy, or for everything to be deleted — write to info@raxxla.site and we will do it.

You have the rights the GDPR gives you: to see what we hold, to correct it, to have it erased, and to complain to a supervisory authority. In Latvia that is the Data State Inspectorate.
